This experiential seminar introduces students to meditation and intuition as essential tools for spiritual self-development, higher perception, and inner transformation in the Theosophical tradition. Through guided practices, silent observation, and reflective inquiry, students will explore the psychological structure of attention, development of the inner faculties, and the role of intuition as a gateway to spiritual knowledge (gnosis). The seminar blends theoretical grounding with meditative disciplines drawn from Theosophy, Raja Yoga, Christian mysticism, and Eastern contemplative systems.

By the end of the seminar, students will:
- Understand the role of meditation in Theosophical and esoteric traditions.
- Distinguish between lower mind (manas) and higher intuition (buddhi).
- Develop a consistent personal meditation practice.
